Google has officially revealed the range of Google Pixel 11 phones and the Pixel Watch 5, with pre-orders for the devices now live, launching on August 20.
The Pixel 11 series includes the following smartphones: Pixel 11, Pixel 11 Pro, Pixel 11 Pro XL, and Pixel 11 Pro Fold. This generation’s biggest talking points are the new Tensor G6 processor and HiLight feature, upgraded cameras, and a thinner profile thanks to a shallower camera bar.
Google’s Tensor G6 promises several improvements, including 20% better power efficiency, 25% faster web browsing, and 15% faster app loading. It also has a 50% more powerful TPU (Tensor Processing Unit) that helps deliver better camera performance and the most advanced on-device Gemini experience to date.
The new HiLight feature uses a small light that can be programmed to glow when certain contacts are calling, when Gemini is active, or a range of other prompts. It’s a small quality-of-life option that’s marketed as a way to stay more active and less attached to your screen.
Of course, these devices don’t come cheap, so you’ll want to know what device is right for you before taking out a personal loan.
The Pixel 11 comes with 12GB of RAM and either 256GM or 512GM of storage space. The camera will be no slouch at this price point, packing a 48MP wide with macro focus, a 13MP ultrawide, and a 10.8MP with a 5x telephoto lens. The Pixel 11’s screen is slightly smaller than its Pro cousin, coming in with a 160mm Actua display. It’s also worth noting that the Pixel 11 doesn’t come with the new HiLight feature. If this is your sweet spot, you’ll have the colour choices of Frost, Hibiscus, Pistachio, and Obsidian.
Moving up to the Pixel 11 Pro and Pro XL, you’re looking at 12GB of RAM with either 256GB, 512GB, or 1TB of storage. Your camera will take a step up, with a 50MP wide and 48MP ultrawide with macro focus, joined by a 48MP 5x telephoto lens for when you want to see the craters on the moon. This bad boy will also have the ability to record in 8K at 24/30 FPS, which is crazy. It’s also at this price point where the new HiLight feature kicks in. The Pro will have a 161mm Super Actua display, while the Pro XL sports a big ol’ 171mm Super Actua display. If this does the trick for you, you’ll have the options of Canyon, Olive, Fog, and matte Obsidian.
Last but not least, we have the foldable. The Pixel 11 Fold Pro is packing 16GB of RAM with 256GB, 512GB, or 1TB of storage. It’s rocking a 48MP, a 10.5MP ultrawide with macro focus, and a 10.8MP 5x telephoto lens in the camera bump, and it comes ready with the HiLight feature. The outer screen is a 164mm Super Actua display, while the inner is a huge 204mm Super Actua display, giving you lots of real estate for browsing, watching, and working. Fold fans can choose from two colours: Olive and Obsidian.

The Pixel Watch comes in two sizes: 41mm and 45mm. Both pack a bright 3,000-nit domed Actua 360 Display, a 30-hour battery life on the 41mm model, a 40-hour battery life on the 45mm model, and a bunch of trackers and onboard software to monitor your fitness and health alongside your notifications and, you know, the time. Improved processing power and GPS tracking are also some nice subtle improvements over the previous model. Both models are available in Fog, Olive, and Obsidian, with the 41mm coming in an exclusive Canyon colourway. The 41mm comes in 4G for $829 or Bluetooth for $649, while the 45mm comes in 4G for $879 or Bluetooth for $699.
